Bio

Bruno wrote his PhD under the joint supervision of John Reilly and Thomas Rutherford, and has visited the Joint Program several times over the years. He has notably contributed to the development of a model for economic assessment of U.S. climate policy. He continues to collaborate with the Joint Program as a Research Affiliate.
