Adil Najam and Tariq Banuri are members of the IPCC team that has been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize (2007), along with Al Gore, for their work on highlighting the science and policy issues that surround global climate change. This event is a celebration of their work and a way to promote their message. Come learn from these two leading Pakistani scholars about climate change, sustainable development, and what does the awarding of this NobelPrize mean for the developing world, esp. Pakistan.
