Bio

Biographical Statement:
Prof. Kyaw Tha Paw U is one of the originators (with his former graduate students) of the Advanced Canopy-Atmosphere Soil Algorithm (ACASA) model and has been working with his current students and colleagues on the linkage of the ACASA model with the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model.

He is collaborating on the project: The Future of Ecosystems and Extremes: Using Diverse Environmental Data Sets in Support of Regional to Global Earth-System Models and Predictions
