Bio
Emil analyzes U.S. climate policy and its impacts on air pollution and human health. His focus is on state-level electricity sector climate regulations and general equilibrium modeling. Emil is also pursuing a Master’s in Technology and Policy at MIT. Previously, he has consulted developing country officials on carbon pricing policy and spent five years as a climate policy analyst at Thomson Reuters where he authored policy analyses on European and global carbon pricing legislation for lawmakers and Fortune Global 500 companies.
